दोस्तों आप सभी का स्वागत है हमारे ब्लॉग Online Cricket Coaching में। आज के इस पोस्ट में हम आपको बताने वाले हैं ओडीआई में हैट्रिक लेने वाले 4 भारतीयों के नाम।  दोस्तों बात की जाए अगर ओडीआई में हैट्रिक लेने के बारे में तो अब तक यह कारनामा इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट में 49 दफा हो चुका है इसमें से 5 बार यह कारनामा भारतीय बॉलर द्वारा किया गया है। तो दोस्तों आज के इस आर्टिकल में हम आपको बताने वाले हैं उन चार भारतीय बोलरो के बारे में बताने वाले हैं जिन्होंने वनडे में हैट्रिक ली हो।

तो दोस्तों आप सबको मालूम ही होगा कि वनडे में भारत की तरफ से हैट्रिक लेने वाले पहले भारतीय है चेतन शर्मा और कुलदीप यादव एकमात्र भारतीय बॉलर है जिन्होंने एकदिवसीय मैचों में दो बार हैट्रिक लेने का कारनामा कर दिखाया है। दोस्तों मैं आपको को बताया वह चार भारतीय बॉलर के नाम उसके पहले हम आपको बता देना चाहते हैं कि क्रिकेट में विकेट की हैट्रिक किसे कहा जाता है। 

क्रिकेट में हैट्रिक किसे कहा जाता है?  

क्रिकेट में विकेट की हैट्रिक तब होती है जब कोई बॉलर अपनी लगातार तीन गेंदों पर लगातार तीन बल्लेबाजों को आउट करें तो उसे हैट्रिक कहा जाता है मान लीजिए अगर किसी बॉलर ने पांचवें या छठे बॉल पर किसी दो बैट्समैन को आउट किया हो तो क्या उस बॉलर को हैट्रिक कैसे मिलेगी? तो दोस्तों उस बॉलर को जब वह अगले ओवर में आएगा तब अगर वह पहली ही गेंद पर किसी भी बल्लेबाज को आउट करता है तो उस की हैट्रिक मानी जाएगी। 

वनडे क्रिकेट के हैट्रिक लेने वाले सभी खिलाडियों के नाम 

दोस्तों जैसा कि मैंने आपको पहले ही बताया कि वनडे इंटरनेशनल यानी कि ओडीआई में अब तक 49 बार विकेटों की हैट्रिक ले जा चुकी है दोस्तों अगर बात की जाए टीम के मुताबिक तो सबसे ज्यादा विकेट हैट्रिक लेने का रिकॉर्ड श्रीलंकाई खिलाड़ी के नाम है जिन्होंने 9 बार विकेट हैट्रिक ली है इसके बाद दूसरे स्थान पर आते हैं पाकिस्तान जिन्होंने 8 बार विकेट हैट्रिक ली है उसके बाद तीसरे स्थान पर आते छह विकेट हैट्रिक लेने वाली ऑस्ट्रेलियाई टीम के बॉलर और उसके बाद आता है भारत जिन्होंने 5 बार यह कारनामा कर दिखाया है। दोस्तों मैं बता देता हूं वह चार बॉलर के नाम जिन्होंने ODI  में हैट्रिक ली है।

जब मैच में चौके और छक्कों की बौछार होती है तो मैच का मजा ही कुछ और आता है बात जब छह बॉल में छह छक्कों की हो तो मैच का रोमांच कुछ अलग ही हो जाता है| तो चलिए हम आपको बता देते हैं वह 8 बार लगातार छह गेंदों पर छह बड़े बड़े छक्के दर्ज कर के इतिहास में अपना नाम अर्जित करवाया है। 

वेस्टइंडीज के इस बल्लेबाज ने सबसे पहले मारे थे ६ बॉल पर ६ छक्के।

जी हां दोस्तों| वेस्टइंडीज के बल्लेबाज गैरी सोबर्स ने सबसे पहले यह कारनामा करके दिखाया था दरअसल वह 1968 में एक फर्स्ट क्लास मैच खेल रहे थे जिसमें उन्होंने गेंदबाज मैक्लम ने की छह गेंदों पर छह छक्के जड़कर इतिहास रच दिया था| और वह 6 गेंदों पर 6 छक्के मारने वाले पहले खिलाड़ी बन गए थे|

भारत के रवि शास्त्री बने थे छह बॉल में छह छक्के लगाने वाले दूसरे बल्लेबाज।

भारतीय बल्लेबाज रवि शास्त्री दूसरे ऐसे बल्लेबाज बने जिन्होंने लगातार छह गेंदों पर छह छक्के जड़े दरअसल रवि शास्त्री सन 1984 में रणजी ट्रॉफी मैच खेल रहे थे इस दौरान बड़ौदा के खिलाड़ी तिलक राज गेंदबाजी कर रहे थे और उनके खिलाफ रवि शास्त्री ने लगातार छह गेंदों पर छह छक्के जड़कर इतिहास रच दिया और इसी मैच में फर्स्ट क्लास क्रिकेट का सबसे तेज 200 रन का रिकॉर्ड भी रवि शास्त्री ने अपने नाम किया|

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट में हर्शल गिब्स बने पहले बल्लेबाज जिन्होंने लगातार छह गेंदों में छह छक्के जड़े हो।

दोस्तों दक्षिण अफ्रीका के पूर्व सलामी बल्लेबाज हर्शल गिब्स ने विश्व कप 2007 के दौरान नीदरलैंड के खिलाफ खेले गए एक मैच में गेंदबाज वां बुंगे  के 1 ओवर की सभी के सभी छह गेंदों पर छह छक्के जड़कर रिकॉर्ड बना दिया था और अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट में ऐसे पहले बल्लेबाज बन गए जिन्होंने लगातार छह गेंदों पर छह छक्के जड़े हो। 

युवराज सिंह बने ६ बॉल में ६ छक्के लगाने वाले बल्लेबाज़

इसके बाद युवराज सिंह ने 2007 के T20 वर्ल्ड कप के दौरान, रोड की एक ओवर में लगातार छह गेंदों पर छह छक्के जड़े थे, दोस्तों आपको बता दें कि इस और के ठीक पहले युवराज सिंह और इंग्लैंड के क्रिकेटर फ्लिंटॉफ के बीच में काफी गरमा गरमी भी हुई थी और उसके बाद जो हुआ वह इतिहास में दर्ज हो गया है. दोस्तों आपको बता दें कि युवराज सिंह इकलौते ऐसे बल्लेबाज है जिन्होंने किसी फास्ट बॉलर के खिलाफ यह कार नामक करके दिखाया है। 

इंग्लैंड के अलेक्स हेल्स ने दो ओवर में किया यह कमाल।

इंग्लैंड के पूर्व सलामी बल्लेबाज एलेक्स हेल्स ने भी 6 गेंदों पर 6 छक्के लगाए लेकिन उन्होंने यह कारनामा एक नहीं बल्कि  दो ओवरों में किया मतलब यह कि एक ओवर की आखरी तीन गेंदों पर उन्होंने लगातार 6 छक्के जड़े और उसके बाद दूसरे ओवर की तीन गेंदों पर भी उन्होंने यही किया। इस तरह उन्होंने लगातार 6 गेंदों पर 6 छक्के लगाए। उन्होंने यह कारनामा घरेलू क्रिकेट में किया था। 

रॉस व्हिटली ने जड़े लगातार छह छक्के।

इसके बाद रोस व्हिटली ने भी लगातार छह गेंदों पर छह छक्के जड़े थे और यह भी एक इंग्लैंड के घरेलू क्रिकेट में उन्होंने करके दिखाया था और यह कारनामा उन्होंने साल 2017 में किया था। और वह ये कारनामा करने वाले छठे बल्लेबाज़ बन गए। 

अफगानिस्तान के हज़रतुल्लाह जजाई  ने  लगाए ६ लगातार छक्के। 

हजरतुल्ला जजाई 
अफगानिस्तान के बल्लेबाज हजरत उल्लाह जजाई ने अफ़गानिस्तान प्रीमीयर लीग के एक मुकाबले में लगातार छह गेंदों पर छह छक्के रच कर इतिहास रच दिया था उन्होंने भी यह कारनामा घरेलू क्रिकेट में किया था। जजाई नहीं जो कारनामा 2018 में किया था। 

लिओ कार्टर ने 2020 के शुरुआत में ही जुड़े थे छह बॉल में छह छक्के।

लिओ कार्टर 
लिओ कार्टर न्यूजीलैंड के एक बल्लेबाज है जिन्होंने न्यूजीलैंड के डोमेस्टिक T20 के एक मैच के दौरान लगातार छह गेंदों पर छह छक्के जड़े थे और यह कारनामा उन्होंने जनवरी 2020 में किया था जो कि सबसे नवीनतम खिलाड़ी है जिन्होंने छह बॉल के छह छक्के लगाए हो। वह ८वे बल्लेबाज़ बने।

3. Ball in between Head and Shoulder

In this drill, you have to put a ball in between Head and Shoulder and you have to to release ball from there and you have to play cover drive flick shot whatever you want to play. Help of drill your head position and Shoulder position will improve. Many batsman have problem with dropping their head while they are playing with using this drill you can overcome this problem.

Shadow batting practice is very helpful technique to improve your stance and your shot selection. In this drill you have to imagine that bowler is bowling and according to to your thinking you have to play a the shots. You can try in front of mirror. Same as previous drill, but in this drill instead of one bat you have to use two bat. When you practice with two bat, initially you will not able to to back lift properly with bats. But when you keep doing and trying Shadow practice you able to easily batting with two bat.

So every batsman should avoid sledging, means they have to keep their mind cool and whenever any bowler or fielder or wicket keeper tries to sledge you you have to keep your mind calm and you have to concentrate on the ball so that you can play a great innings. 

2. Breaks 

The second reason of losing concentration from the ball is break, you might seen many wickets are fallen after break. You can considered of break, like drinks break, lunch break, tea break, strategic time out break etc. In breaks batsman's focus from the ball are gone. Whenever breaks finish batsmen has to again focus on the ball. And that is quite difficult as you are beginning your evening again. Too many of the time after brakes batsman tries to hit ball harder then ball did not connect well to the bat and batsman got out.

3. Milestone 

Yes milestone mistake, what is milestone mistake? When batsman hit 50 or 100. He celebrate his milestone and after that batsman relax and play at the time batsmen took bowler lightly and Play Lazy shots due to this sometime he got caught out by the fielder or get bold. Batman thoughts he or she hits hundred Run so his or her work done but instead of that you have to took a responsibility that you have to finish this match and you make sure that your team win this match easily.

1. Practice with heaviest bat you have 

In this drill you have to pick up the heaviest bat that you have in your kit, and you have to practice for knocking or regular practice as you do. In this drill you are tickling your mind and you make your mind fool, your mind think that you have to play with this bat and your mind ready for heavier bat. But in actually when you are going to bat you have a lighter bat then you already practicing with in that scenario you can easily Swing your bat and increase your bat speed easily.

3. Reduce Bat Weight

It is science, when you have a light you can easily swing the bat and at the end your bat speed will increase. Many new batsman reduce their bat weight for increasing their bad speed and swing, especially in Tennis Cricket you have seen slotted bat to reduce bat weight. In below image you can see the kind of bat that are quite lite than regular bat. So reduce of  bat weight will increase your bat speed.

4. Increase your forearm power 

Yes friend, when you are batting, your forearm for anyone to swing a bat easily with their hand has the the superior muscle to grip your bad and if your muscle are strong enough then it is easier to swing bat. 5. Free rotation of shoulder 

You notice when you swing your bat your shoulder rotates. And if your shoulder is not able to rotate freely and you did not exercise for it your solder maybe jam. To avoid that you must exercise as shown on picture, you have to raise your both hand to the sky and hold it for at least three to five minutes daily this exercise helps you to rotate your shoulder freely and once your solder will rotate freely you are able to swing your bat easily and hence your bat speed will increase.
